As a former international professional athlete, I know every phase of the training and competition at first hand. I know how it is to experience failures and success, I am familiar with losing and winning, had to cope with the emotional and physical challenges over and over. I have learned what the human body needs to be healthy, strong and successful and how important it is to listen to and take care of it in the best possible way. Because of my personal and learned skills, my know-how and experience I am physically, mentally and emotional in a better shape than ever before.
